Ling Ling Potstickers

Next up on my camera roll is the Ling Ling Potstickers Chicken and Vegetable Dumplings and I'm most definitely giving these two thumbs up. I love authentic dumplings and usually get my fix from Din Tai Fung, an internationally known Taiwanese restaurant; but not going to lie, these Ling Lings are so freaking good. The filling is delicious and the dough is just the perfect texture. Lightly crisped on the outside and chewy on the inside. I'm so sad I don't have any in my freezer right now. Since we're in quarantine due to this Coronavirus (Covid-19) mess, not sure when the next time I'll be able to get my hands on another package. Maybe this weekend? Maybe next month. Who knows? But if you have an opportunity to snatch up a bag, JUST DO IT!  Priced at $10.99/bag (or $6.99 on sale).

Just throw a handful in a pot of boiling water. I suppose I could've used a larger pot but that just means larger surface area to wash, so laziness wins. But don't walk away or the water will overflow.

Once it the water really starts going, throw in one dipping sauce packets (I think two were included). Don't open the sauce packet (doh), this is just to warm up the dipping sauce. Golly gee, never realized how fat my fingers are. I guess I should be glad I'm well proportioned. Yay me.

Boil for the specified amount of time listed on the bag. I forgot what it was.

Not pictured, but I drained the water and pan fried the dumplings to give it the crispiness. Sometimes I forego this step and it's delicious too. Depends on what mood I'm in.

Finished product. Drooling....
