I hate vegetables. So for all you veggies lovers out there, this sacrifice is for you.
It was my first time seeing these Thai Coconut Skillet Kits from Taylor Farms, so I decided to give it a try. I believe it was $4.99 for the bag. I'd rather spend that on frozen yogurt but whatever. If you like cauliflower, carrots, broccoli, snap peas, cabbage, coconut and curry, then I'd say go for it. Otherwise, try it anyways so I won't be the only person that just wasted $4.99.
Here's the macronutrients and ingredients:
Here's the contents of the package emptied out onto a frying pan. Oh yea, and they tell you to add a bit of oil into the pan first.
Once the vegetables have softened up a tiny bit, then add the coconut curry sauce. It kind of reminded me of something else.
Lastly, once everything has been heated through, just add the coconut flakes.
Here's the finished product. To be honest, I thought it was pretty decent tasting. I even finished an entire serving. But once I packed the rest away, I never saw it again until I tossed it in the trash.
